Company Policy:

To protect our clients, contractors and our business, our cleaning contractors, are bound by and agree to a non-competition and non-solicitation agreement. These agreements legally prevent our contractors from attempting to solicit our valued clients with private-based services outside our company.  We thank you for respecting this agreement.

Our Cleaners are not provided with client contact details. We do not encourage an exchange of contact details or communication via text messaging/emails between cleaners and clients. Our policy requires that all communication, including cancellations, delays, reschedules and new referrals to be directed to admin by phone, SMS or email. Admin is the go between and we will inform you if you’re cleaner is running late with an ETA. Cleaners do get busy and often forget to pass on information, resulting in double bookings, non cancellation of jobs and so forth. We do this to prevent these common issues and run smoothly.

By proceeding with and/or booking a scheduled service and granting our staff access to your property, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions of service. If you do not accept these terms and conditions of service, please notify our office immediately to cancel your upcoming visit(s). These terms and conditions of service may be amended or updated by The Meticulous Maid and the changes can be found on our T&C page. The use of our services by you, after any amendments or updates, shall signify your acceptance.We will send you a text or email to notify you when this occurs.

We will charge a ($40) cancellation fee if we do not receive 24 hrs notice. This fee will be paid to the assigned cleaner due to loss of income at short notice.

We will also charge a $50 fee if we are unable to gain entry through no fault of our own. Please ensure you give correct key codes and keys.

Our Happiness Guarantee:

Our Happiness Guarantee is our confidence and commitment to you. We will work with you, to correct any reasonable issues that may arise that are included in your booking and will return within 2 days to re clean the area/s at no charge to you. Dependant on circumstances and the situation, we may consider a refund or credit and offer you another cleaner if that is your preference. Photo evidence within 2=3 hrs is essential for evidence as is contacting us on the same day.

Bond return guarantee on our cleaning. We guarantee your bond return with our quality of cleaning. We will require your condition report.

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
