Two Cleaning Options
Hourly Rates -
time based service
A time based service dependant on the clock. Minimum time is 2 hours. General cleaning of week to week tasks. We prioritise quality cleaning over rushing to avoid compromising our high and meticulous standard.
Unlike our Flat rates, we do not use our task checklists, Tell us your general cleaning tasks & priorities to focus on or we can use our initiative.
- Additional / Extra Services can be added to our Hourly Rates.
- Simply add the Extra Service/s you require, in addition to your chosen hours and allow for the extra time required.
- Please book an extra half hour, if your house has not been thoroughly cleaned for at least 4 weeks, to allow us the extra time we will require to remove built up dust and grime.
Flat Rates –
A fixed price service
- Prices are determined by the number of bedrrooms.
- Additional rooms (i.e. studies, theatre rooms etc.) are counted as bedrooms. (a 3BR home with a study becomes a 4BR).
- We offer Additional Services / Extras, that integrate well with this service and can be bundled into our Services.
- Please select Spring Clean, if your home has not been thoroughly cleaned for at least 4 weeks, to allow for built up dust and grime.
