How does it work?
Flat Rate Services – A Fixed Price
Our pricing structure is calculated by the no. of bedrooms you have.
Any additional rooms such as studies, theatres and home offices are considered as bedrooms.
We allow up to 4 (four) hours of cleaning to completion, corresponding with our task checklist, including any additional services that are bundled into our flat rates.
In the rare event, our time estimation is miscalculated, we will work up to x1 (one) extra hour without charge, not exceeding 5 (five) hours.
Should extra time be required (exceeding 5 hours) to clean your home to our standard, we will stop and contact you for direction. In such an instance, extra charges will apply.
Hourly Rates
We endeavour to complete all tasks within the time frame selected.
We will not compromise our meticulous standard of cleaning by working quickly to complete all tasks. We believe you will appreciate the difference. We may take a little longer the first time we clean your house, being unfamiliar with it, however, with recurring cleaning, we gain familiarity and pick up in speed to leave your home sparkling clean.
